Built at the end of the 18th century, the Palacete dos Vaz Velho aimed to manifest the new social status of the family, with its prominent location over the city and the river, and at the same time to watch over family’s possessions – the mountain, the farm and the Horto da Bela Fria.
After the property had been passed from generation to generation for decades, it ended up being abandoned for several years. In 2015, a thorough restoration began, respecting the original architecture, walls and stones. With a gross area of 1100m2, it was transformed and prepared to become a hotel unit, currently entitled Hotel Colégio Charm House.
Hotel with 21 charming rooms, restaurant, 5 private pools e 1 shared pool.
